• At present we are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade. The person required will have at least 3 years experience  and have a good knowledge of HACCP. The ideal canditate will have experience in a similar style hotel and have excellent attention to detail. The hours are varied in this role, so canditates will need to be flexible in their working hours
• We are also looking for an Accommodation Assistant, to ensure that our guest rooms are maintained to a 4 star standard. The ideal canditate will have experience in a similar style hotel and have excellent attention to detail.
• Our Dungeon Bar & Grill are looking for experienced Food & Beverage Staff. The ideal canditates will have previous experience in a similar style restaurant and be committed to excellence in Customer Care. The hours for are varied in this role, so canditates will need to be flexible in their working hours
